Ever since this was announced I was skeptical but also intrigued I loved the original mainly due to my found footage fetish. So after a while I finally got round to watching it and although they’re not directly related through characters or anything I decide I had to do a back to back watching of both films. After the first I was in the mood for more and this would obviously be totally different to the original film.

What We Do In The Shadows (2014) Review


During a recent movie night we all agreed that the films would be Shaun of the Dead and Deathgasm as everyone bar me and the missus had not seen Deathgasm. After watching it someone recommended What we do in the Shadows, it looked decent on the trailer so what better than a bit of humour to finish what had turned into a horror comedy night. I’d heard of this film but not seen it before and I love a mockumentary style movie especially if it’s funny and horror based.

The Exorcist TV Series


A few days before it’s UK air date I was lucky enough to be given the chance to watch the first two episodes of the new Exorcist series which has aired around four episodes in America already. Like a lot of people remakes or retelling of famous horror films will always raise skepticism, so the question is how does this come across? With Outcast having recently finished it’s first season is there room for more possession based TV shows? Here’s my take on the first couple of episodes……..
