I decided to ask the good people of Twitter to vote for two films from every year I’ve aimlessly been wandering the planet. I set up two polls and I’d watch and review the winner of each from 1981 hopefully right through until the current day. I was hoping to fill the polls with either classic films, ones I’d never seen or ones I’d not watched for a long time. So far the picks were great you can read 1981 winners An American Werewolf In London and The Beyond by clicking their links! But any way now it was time to watch the first winner Poltergeist…………….

Don’t Knock Twice (2016) Review
I watched this a couple of weeks ago so it seems right to review it now as the first post of the second year of this blog. It’s a British witchy film starring the wonderful Katee Sackhoff, who I’ve liked since seeing her in Battlestar Galactica and on a non horror related note it amazes me she’s not been cast as a Marvel or DC super hero yet. But never mind that here’s my review of Don’t Knock Twice………
Sker House Book Review
I mentioned in my last review how lucky I am to get the chance to review some indie films, feature films and short films for free. I’ve also had some offers to review books, now I’m a slow reader so it takes me a while but here’s my first ever book review. Once again go easy on me, I’m sure they’ll improve the more I do! This one is Sker House by C.M. Saunders who you can find on Twitter @CMSaunders01
